God is Love
God is love. He loves you, me and everybody else equally, no matter who you are and no matter what you have done.
God Accepts Everyone
God accepts everyone. There are absolutely no exceptions. If you can believe He sent His son to die and take away the unacceptable, and simply take His hand, you can live an acceptable life in His eyes.
God Is Near
God is near, but He wants us to realize that fact. He wants to be close to us – as close as our next breath! As close as our best friend. In fact, He wants to be our best friend. And He wants to communicate His love for us through His very presence, through His word – the Bible – and through prayer.
God Forgives
I will never forget the day I came to the realization that God forgives. I was going about the dreadfully mundane task of sorting and putting away my clean laundry, when suddenly I found myself locked in the moment, still holding the laundry in my hands.
